How do you feel about the Joe Rogan N word controversy?

I feel like it was taken out of context, and obviously only came out due to the Spotify/ misinformation issue.

I Been following Rogan and listening to his podcasts for years... His says ignorant things all the time, but always allows himself to be corrected. He has 100% more journalist integrity than most news outlets that want to cancel him.

My issue is how blantant this is... Let's get black people and the pandering left to get all defensive and slowly kill his reputation since they can't cancel him.

I'm curious about how the ******* and black posters feel about this

He never called me that word. All these white ******* celebrities did **** far worse but they're not banning them, look at Jimmy Kimmell and Howard Stern.

The media only care because he had 2 guests on who criticized the vaccine.

Praising the vaccine seems to be how you get a free pass to be racist.

Everyone should be allowed to use w.e language they want as long as it doesn't lead to direct violence.

Which is funny cuz he also had pro vaccine guests during the beginning also.

so basically we have to follow one narrative or feel the wrath of the left extremist?

It's worse, it means you can't even talk to people who follow the wrong narrative lol. He had many pro vaccine guests but that wasn't good enough I guess.

Serious question tho... Let's say we are friends and you from the hood and used to saying it around your other friends. And I asked you not to say it around me cuz it's makes me uncomfortable?

I notice....both sides tend to do this specifically.

it's like your expected to become extremist and if you agree with some things is never good enough. You have to be all in or out with your political/social views

Only difference to me is how big one side is.

I don't really care. Don't get me wrong, I don't endorse people using the N word and I don't know the context he used it in, but it doesn't seem like it was I'll willed from the little I've heard on it. I'm not even really a fan of him or his show, but we all know this is because of his stance and comments made regarding the COVID-19 vaccine and I'm tired of the media going after people that don't play along with their agenda.

Basically, although I don't know many people from the conservative side that think you shouldn't even be allowed to have conversations with the other side without losing your job and livelihood
