I will never understand owners of teams being forced to interview or hire anyone they don't want to. I can see why they would want them to interview and hire more diverse staffs but forcing them leads to situations like this where they clearly had their eye on the guy from Buffalo but brought this guy in as the token Rooney rule interview.
The biggest thing to come from this will be the allegations of the ownership of the Dolphins offering him $$ to throw games so they could get the #1 pick
