    Man who shot at cops in unrest over Floyd death is acquitted

    This story is crazy , I am glad he got acquitted. You cannot have police in unmarked vehicles shooting at people and those non lethal rnds can def kill somebody .Stallings had every right to return fire and his self defense argument is 100% valid. Also looks like they fooked him up so he probably has a nice lawsuit to boot ..

    Of course. A man who shoots at cops is acquitted. A man who defends himself against armed attackers and shoots to defend himself is facing some serious time. The wolves are watching over the hen house.

      I assume Stallings has a permit to carry a weapon? Truthfully, if I am him and I am carrying legally and a random van starts shooting at me, I'm returning fire as well.

                    How does your reaction change depending of the weapon was not legally carried? If im getting shot at and have a weapon im shooting back no matter what.
