    New Justice League Movie

    Has anyone watched?

It was 4 hours, but well worth it. So many levels above the original, which I thought was horrible.

Was an improvement over the original, but tbf with an extra 70m and double the run time it bloody well should be.

Still a complete mess though, prob around an hour of slow motion and what the hell was that weird woman chanting ****e every time WW sprung into action, was like something from a poor comedy.

I liked the new characters they inserted in, especially Darkseid.

What's odd is they left the door open for like 3 spinoff movies, but from what I hear Affleck and others are not even a part of the DC Universe anymore.

Think Affleck is back for the flash, the extra content with Darkseid and DeSaad definitely worked as it gave Steppenwolf a clear motive, also really liked the Cyborg content, could easily drop mostly everything else.

There is a definite 8/10 movie in there, somewhere between 2 1/2 and 3 hours would be the sweet spot imo.

I think beyond Flash they now have that other actor in the Batman role - although I read there could be two Batmen, two jokers, etc... with two DC timelines playing out in different movies.

They polished a turd is what they did. Went from a 4/10 to a 6.5 out of 10 so it was a noticeable improvement but still far from a great movie.

DC remains just too dark and depressing for 3 hour movies it's fine in comic form where you read an issue of a comic in like 5 minutes but it doesn't drag out to hours and hours and remain entertaining.

                1/2 way through it.

                Batman's superpower is being rich.
I never liked it when they include mortals with real superheroes.

If a legit super being is having difficulty beating an adversary, how in the hell is a mortal with money going to logically do any better ?

Even in the convoluted world of superheroes, there has to be logic that keeps the narrative going.

The effects are nice, the story far fetched, tired of WW's howling and the Cyborg guy story arc is dull. As is Waterman's.

It's one of those movies that you watch and don't realize how long it's been
