Because there is no such thing as white victims of racism. It only goes one way. Whites are racist against everyone else, but never the other way around.

Whites deal with racism. To say they don’t is bullsh#t. I’ll give you a good example. My boxing coach is Hispanic. He likes to host events for the gym. Raffles, parties, those kind of things, and that’s fine.

This particular time, he was putting together a Lotera night. He’s trying to save money. Usually he would hire someone to host. He comes up to me and goes, “hey white boy. I want you to host Loteria. You gotta speak Spanish thought.”

Kind of pissed me off a little. Oh, so you think it’s funny for a white boy who doesn’t speak Spanish to host a Loteria game? I knew cameras where going to be on me. Everyone making fun of the white boy struggling to speak Spanish.

I wasn’t in the mood, so I told him I wasn’t gonna do it. Don’t get me wrong. My gym nickname of “white boy” doesn’t bother me. He’s called me that for years. If anything, it’s just descriptive. I am white. But him having me host a semi formal event in front of dozens of Spanish speaking folk because it’s “funny” to watch a non Spanish speaking “white boy” stumble on words is where I draw the line.

So yeah. That’s a good example of white people dealing with racism.

To me it looks like they pulled the plug early on that one....probably anticipating where it would go and nipping it in the bud.

Made me want to tell the story of what happened to me recently. So I have this friend whom I went to University with, and she's a big fan of the RnB singer, Trey Songz, whom I think is a ****ing creep. He goes by the nickname, "Mr. Steal Your Girl," and actually "stole" Shane Mosley's girl (the latina stripper. I put "stole" in parenthesis because you can't really steal someone without force, right? Takes two.) In my book, there is a guy code. You go around trying to "steal" people's girl, you deserve to get your ass beat, and I really wish Shane Mosley would have taught this dude a lesson.

Anyway, so this dude Trey Songz has been accused of ***ual misconduct by various women, but always seems to get away with it (apparently because everyone seems to think he's so attractive). So I was ribbing my friend about it, because she was coming across like one of those crazy Black women who back in the day was defending R. Kelly saying he was innocent and blah blah when it's clear dude was/is guilty as sin. This chick became IRATE and flat out told me that I haven't been paying attention because White women are always lying on Black men, and that she never believes what any White woman says about a black man.

        What??? I was shocked.

First of all, this woman is half white (and raised by her WHITE father when her BLACK mother left her and her 2 other sisters. Just straight up abandoned the family. I've never heard of a woman doing that). Plus, as far as I can remember, her best friend in University was a White woman. Yet she automatically dismisses the allegations regarding her beloved Trey Songz because they were made by White women (and she says she never defended R. Kelly because his victims were Black women).

Man, to make this long story shorter, I told this chick her closet (or not so closeted) racism doesn't fly with me (along with her always ornery attitude) and I'm pretty sure we won't be speaking again.

Racism is vile no matter who it is coming from. Point blank period.
