5. Violating U.S. law and the Constitution through widespread wiretapping of the phone calls and emails of Americans without a warrant.

6. Violating the Constitution by using "signing statements" to defy hundreds of laws passed by Congress.

Just ask the poor suffering bastards in Darfur, Zimbabwe, the Congo or damn near any other country on the Dark Continent. How about some “oil for food”? Governor Blanco and Mayor Ray Nagin are the sole culprits of blame for the delay of aid and the utter incompetency following Hurricane Katrina. Your age belies your naiveté and to call my rebuttal a bunch of "cop outs" is to prove you don't have a clue, but that's ok, you have the rest of your lifetime to understand and to learn. Here's a little wake up call. Politicians are lawyers. This is what makes their position so powerful and dangerous if you decide to enter that arena. Since you seem to be politically inclined enough to voice your opinion you should surely have realized that George W. Bush has been attacked by every means possible from the opposition. If you think for one second that they could have made ANY of these "10 reasons" stick in a court of law and not done so by now you're beyond hope.
