i havent played hardly any games this year aside from black ops, GT5 and BF3

and i can't pick between the three, none were "great" IMO

Im still playing Skyrim and Arkham City, havent finished it yet but i would say Skyrim is GOTY for me.
What i've seen of Skyward sword looks really awesome too, but i don't have nintendo Wii.

Yeah, but it's going up against a Legend of Zelda game though. Those tend to win whenever they come out too.

Skyrim or Arkham City for me, those were the only games (that I've played this year) that I would call special.

I really enjoyed F1 2011 as well, I had loads of fun with that and thought it was brilliant. It gets around 8.0 - 9.0 with the critics but I'm a big F1 fan and loved every second of it.

Skyrim is GOTY And its not even close I called it as soon as it was announced.

Skyrim is not a perfect game it has bugs, glitches maybe the storyline isn�t as good as it could have been etc but all of this is irrelevant because no other game developer can master the art of making such a huge beautiful open world that Bethesda have become masters of you can sink 100s of hours of gameplay into Skyrim and still not scratch the surface.

Its an amazing game despite its faults goty hands down.
