Go to the Fight Night Store on the menu. There should be all your options. Select buy whatever, then hit X to add microsoft points. Easy as that.

To be honest, though, I prefer creating the boxers. I don't always agree with the ratings they have. For example, they have De La Hoya's right hand power right up there with his (average) left hand power. Bull****.
