Anyone use gaming headphones?

Not headset which just gives chat but I'm talking about full game audio headphones.

I used a few different pairs with differing results but overall they are great for shooters. I just wonder if anyone else uses them.

This is a really really cool little video. I highly suggest you guys put on any ipod type of headphones you have in order to view this clip properly.



I get the same type of spacial awareness when playing online. It's really amazing with shooters.

Did you listen to the video? I have the Astro's Mixamp and A40 headphones. It works well with both my 360 and PS3. I use a source selector for the digital optical input to the mixamp so switching between consoles takes literally 10seconds.

It really works well with games like CoD4 which have great audio and enemy location is very accurate and easy.

BTW, I've used the Turtlebeach X3's and the Tritton ax360's in the past.
