Anyone got that Killzone 2 demo yet?

Yeah, I found the controls a little tricky. I changed them so the zoom button was L1, and turned off the option to have zoom locked. This made it just like the cod4 controls. Hold shoulder button to aim, hit other shoulder button to fire, let go of aim, move on....

I found the enemy quite hard to spot though, that should (hopefully) be remedied when I get a HDMI cable.

it was good though, but impossible to judge the game from that as it was a short demo, and wasn't all that impressive...

Were the enemies re-spawning or was that my mistake?

I could see every single enemy,maybe because u havent got your cable? The red/orange goggles i could see from a distance

For a game that was hyped so much, it doesn't seem to be getting better reviews than Gears 2.. which is no insult but I thought this thing would set new boundaries.

Gears 2 is one of the most hyped up games ever,and should be,because it is a solid game,but half of Gears 2 reviews came early,if 90% of the reviewers would have played online multiplayer with people over the world,the game would have scored way lower,up until this day,the game has serious bugs and the online still hasnt been sorted out,Killzone,even from the Beta,has ran very smoothly

This demo dint disappoint at all, I love it man! I just need them to fix the AI, for some reason I felt by myself the whole time while they would leave somewhere else. Plus once the vehicles are put in and online mode starts ill be pumped..definitely going to pre-order!

holy ****, this game has been preordered by 1000000 people in europe alone(as of last week).....im believing the hype.......this **** will be huge....

You know,i just did the exact same controlls,and the game feels even better now,i even changed the axis sensitivity,so i turn around quicker,and it feels GREAT

This game is gona be the ****,depending on what gun you've got,it can actually feel like your walking heavier,i hear in the campain as u find some more heavy guns u can feel the weight and the damage it causes/gives

I put the control scheme to Alternate 2, and it felt like COD4.

The demo is SO SHORT! and its practically 1.3 GB... Just for that short ****. I wonder how much space this game takes up for the full thing.

The demo is short, but I think its good what they did... Makes you want to play that **** badly, and get the game... They did a good job, because I'm getting this ****. Whoever says they aren't are lying to themselves.

Bro... That ****ing F.E.A.R 2 demo is pretty good also... I want to get that **** aswell.. That game feels great.. I could imagine multiplayer.

I downloaded the demo yesterday and it wasn't to good. RE5 and fear2 demos were better.

I liked the horror **** in F.E.A.R 2,but the game stuttered too damn much,everytime something big was going on,the game would have bad frame rate problems,but it was good

Didnt play it, but I heard it was a terrible port.


Killzone 2 demo was fun, graphics were great. I need to do what you guys suggested with the controls, I didnt like that the zoom locked.
