GTA4..have I finished?

It says i'm only like 60% through finishing, but the storyline seems to have halted.

There is nothing more for me to do, no more missions or anything. All I can do now it seems is do the odd race for Brucie and take girls out off the internet.

Is that it? Is there no definite end or am I doing something wrong?

I beat it at like 62% or something like a week and a half ago. I was expecting more missions then I saw the credits.

I finished it today , quality. Doing all the extra missions and that. On 70%
