  • I consider Allen sort of a domestic-level gatekeeper. If you can't defeat him, then you're not ready for world-level. Johnny Fisher is young enough to bounce back, if he still wants to. But he's gonna have to start over....

  • On what planet would Pac's team allow him to share the same ring with Ennis? Pac won't be unifying anything, and I don't think he'll be facing a non-PBC fighter. Pac/Tank is way more likely than Pac/Ennis....

  • Thurman is one of the biggest disappointments of the past decade imho. He became a 2-fight a year boxer too soon, and he was chronically inactive. Look at the amount of time between fights and that will illustrate why people stopped caring about his career. He missed his window to become a P4P fighter....

  • They just had different starting points. Davis being a silver Olympic medalist gave him a international profile, which led to him being courted by both Top Rank and Matchroom. Hearn gave him spots on Canelo's undercards. On the other hand, Ennis started toiling away on the local pro circuit in 2016...
