    advice needed

    I have yet to get my knee checked out (I have an apointment on the 20th) and i am getting antsy. I NEED to do something. I want to go back to boxing and Judo, BJJ very soon.

    should i hold off, just do boxing for a bit till i get checked (since not as much risk of knee injury) or just go all out?

    You need to listen to your knee mate...

    If you think you can roll, do it, but listen to the joint, it will tell you when enough is enough.

    Definitely stay active though

        Go do something man...be realistic about it, but go train and see how it goes

          just box for now till you see the doc. The last thing you need is a permenant knee problem

                  Take it easy, knee's are bastards, alot of the time if you overdo a knee injury it is long term damage being done.
