In the video below Floyd Mayweather is doing some training. The sections where he is punching mitts and stuff in the ring is the part that gets to me. I understand a good bit about weight training, diet, coordination training, etc. but this I don't get. I understand the coordination workout, but it looks rehearsed, like he's done it a million times. Is this because I have an untrained eye and he's just that fast/responsive? Or is he just doing a routine that looks good for the camera? I'm asking because if that is a real drill that isn't rehearsed, I need to get me a guy with some punch mitts...
