how do you determine headgear size?

what's the best size for me? 185lbs.

Large, XL?

traditional training headgear



amateur competition headgear



what's the difference between those 2? i'm assuming the traditional training is safer?

if it's too big, your vision will be more blocked?

Ask your trainer. According to the charts in magazines, I need an XL but I asked my trainer and he said I'm a Medium. If you're ordering, ask your trainer but if you're buying in stores, try them out.
