    Ive heard so many good things about intermittent fasting. I may try it out myself considering I turned 35 and my weight is going up despite my workout routine and cutting some bad things out of my diet.

      it works and very effective at fat burning. kinda tough at first, as your body is accustomed to getting food several times a day for 35 years. But after a week or two the body will get better at using your fat for energy and thus you'll wont be as hungry. Try to go 12hrs or 14hrs at first, then build up to 20 or 24 hrs. it will mess with your mind a bit but just embrace the hunger and your mind will clear. Also drink water and black coffee during fasted state as they are both 0 calorie and stave off hunger. Also try to exercise at least 8-12 hours into your fast and this will accelerate fat burn. I'm no expert but this is what I do from everything I've read and seen about it.
