Common, hes only accurately performing the punches of LEGENDS (like it's easy), if you're criticising what you see him do, then you're really just critising the legends hes copying. So I don't know where you are coming from.

And he can ****! in one of his other videos he mentions hes only 130lbs.

    No i'm not him.

He is not accuratley copying legends. That is where you and him are wrong. His power isnt there because he isnt punching right, hes pushing the bag.

I've always knew they (elite boxers past and present) had something we dont know about. I watched a video on Sugar ray leonard speaking of bruce lee's body mechanics in punching inspired him.

        Fast forward to 1.40 min:-

This is also echoed by Floyd mayweather senior. He said he delivers his punches like bruce lee and teaches it.

        Fast forward to 7.36 mins:

Now I can see how floyd throws his punches isnt conventional at all, and the guy from Sic boxing shows (mimics) how he does it, hes defo onto something.
Which legends does he mimic? Do you have a comparison video?

Have you gotten any pros or people to take your classes yet?

I don't know what you're seeing, hes fairly accurate to me to have the technique right, more accurate than anyone I've seen by far. Most people only get the style right but not the actual technique of the punch and he definately has power. More power than he should have. That video of him perfecting the fastest punch in boxing is insane and accurate.

Can you do better? can you show us?

I've hit those maize bags before and I know how hard they are to shift, I dont see how hes not breaking his hands doing that **** he does on it, it shows he has good technique.

Hes pushing the bag? I don't see that at all, the speed of his punches indicates hes striking it. And maybe thats how it's done, since he peforms the punches so accurately.

His form is terrible. Idk where you learned boxing but he has 0 power in that punch. He is punching at the bag and once he makes contact he is just pushing. It's a scam just to get money. The dude is charging 10 pounds for garbage. Would have more credibility if it was in an actual boxing gym not in a fitness gym.

Even the bagwork I posted before I stepped foot in a gym was better then that so yes I can do better.

But I bet you can't punch the same as the legends

I reckon he can knock your head off with those punches. A push has no speed, no impact sound and no explosiveness. This isnt the case at all in what he does, watch all his demos, its not pushing.

I think what you're describing is an advanced technique.

You do know he is reproducing the punching technique of legends? you're really just knocking the legends hes imitating.

He is not replicating their form, he's just throwing the same punch they throw. His form is not a real boxing form.

What do you think about this guy?

Who do you think is punching harder?

I know I can't punch the same as the legends lmao. I wouldn't show them disrespect by saying that me, someone who hasn't had his first fight yet, can punch as good as them. Neither can some bum from London that never stepped into the ring.

He is punching at the bag and when he makes contact he pushes. If you don't see that it's your problem, you never trained in boxing before.

He is NOT replicating the legends. Either you are a **** rider or you are him and the latter is more likely.

But that's not what the guy from sic boxing is doing, he isnt trying to copy the style (form) of the boxers he's copying. As you said yourself he's reproducing the punches of the boxers he copying using the same technique. Because I know you have to know the exact technique of the boxers he's copying to be able to throw the same punches as they do. I've seen many people copy the style of floyd and RRJ but not their punches precisely.

Lots of people including myself have tried to throw punches the way Bruce Lee throws them, because we want to have his speed and power but it's not easy. What I'm getting at is, it's more beneficial to know the technique of one's punches than one's style, at least in boxing. Who wouldnt want to know GGG's punching technique, right? I couldnt careless about his style. I would use his punches to fit my own style that suits me!

The guy in the video? he's OK, good sharp text book punches, but he isnt using any advanced technique to me, why would he interest me? I could do the same myself.

Notice he's a bigger guy than the guy from Sic boxing, yet the guy from sic boxing moves the bag further in every punch and is more explosive. Some of the punches thrown by the guy in your video doesnt even move the bag at all.
