    Makes you store water weight.

Salt won't directly make you fat.

Little tip, anything that makes you bloated, is a sign your body doesn't want it.

I never cared what I ate when I was younger, or how I felt, as I get older I pay a lot of attention to that stuff, it just makes it a lot easier for your digestive system.

      Yeah thats pretty solid.

Spinach is a god tier veggie. if you can add Broccoli that a big one too, and lots of fresh garlic.

When you get older and see your friends with all kinds of health problems, you'll be happy you ate those foods.

I think its very wasteful tbh.

I've spoken about it in other threads. I just don't think the human body takes in very many nutrients that way. The body just didn't evolve to do that.

I had a juicer and it made me piss out of my ass. It was disgusting. It just runs right through you.

If your one of those people like I used to be who never ate fruits or veggies, than I do think it has it's uses in that scenario, of as a meal replacement once in awhile.

But generally speaking, nah, I don't see the point, and am not sure there is much benefit.

I got one. Replace soda with water. I used to drink a can or two a day when I was younger. I cut it down and now I don't have any soda cravings. In fact, my stomach can't handle soda. It rejects it. It tastes terrible to me.

Drink plenty of water. More than you normally would. Drink water as much as possible, especially if you're active throughout the day.

Well sodium makes you retain water and when you retain water you hold in a lot of toxins instead of sweating or pissing them out. A lot of those toxing stored result in stress which also causes weight gain or makes losing weight hard.

GrandpaBernard, juicing is popular with many raw food advocates, especially raw vegans. In my experience, occasional consumption is best. The most common errors are:

                1) With all-fruit juices, it's easy to overload the body with fructose; the lack of fiber content accelerates digestion and assimilation. To reduce this effect, some people cut fruit juices with celery or some type of lettuce.

                2) Most people buy consumer-grade juicers that actually heat the output liquid; raw vegans claim the nutritional value is compromised when fruit and vegetable juices are brought to 114 F or higher. I tend to agree.

                3) Disregarding proper food combinations, some people drink fruit juices after a heavy protein/carb meal. This often leads to acute indigestion, flatulence, or diarhoera.

If I chose to resume this practice, I would use a commercial grade juicer to process dark leafy greens only; and eat my fruits whole.

Like the other members mentioned, stay away from fried foods and processed carbs. Fruits, veggies, chicken, beef and eggs is all you need.

                      Yes.

And the amount of sodium in fast food is shockingly high.

Two rules: avoid sugary junk foods and avoid anything with a lot of sodium (such as processed meat).

Eat lots of fresh meat, eggs & kidney beans and drink lots of water to flush out toxins. Take a multivitamin every day.
