Sprints, intervals and general cardio might be too much in one session.

Them two are the essentials. Fish oil is good, and whey protein if you arent getting enough, although you probably dont need as much protein as the muscle mags make out. Beta alanine has some good evidence i think for its use.
Multivitamins are good, bit sometimes unnecessary. If there's a real need for additional vitamins, it's often linked to a bad diet.
Fish oil is good, but overhyped.
Whey protein depends on the diet.
Beta alanine is good, mostly linked to more focus. Worth for weight training.

If it's not muscular endurance but just energy you need, then caffeine and simple uppers are ok. Do not go with the hardcore energy supps as you will quickly build a tolerance and start taxing your heart chasing that energy high.
If you sweat a lot, you might need more minerals/electrolytes.
Eating some fruit (esp some thing like a banana) can help with cardio exercise sometimes.
Caffeine depends on the user. It shouldn't be consumed too much. Could possibly mess with the liver. Stay away from hardcore stuff, too much of that is contaminated with dirty stuff...
Minerals should be taken care of by nutrition. Too many supplements are using cheap ingredients with will make it hard to absorb the minerals.

Creatine monohydrate is good and its effectiveness is proven. It's not really the best form of creatine, but it's cheap.

Nitrate supplements are legit. Beetroot juice is good, has shown to increase endurance capacity.

It works.
Todays athlete would need multi vitamins ,no amount of food would possibly be enough to maker sure one is not deficient in some nutrients. Over the counter vitamins like Centrum are garbage...they are synthetic. Only take a natural Vitamin that are made from or grown thru the ground/plants themselves not the artificial ones that are actually poison.
Why does whey protein depend on thee diet?
The best type of protein is actually Cassien b/c its slow absorbion that stays in the blood stream longer ....
One should take Cassein and whey proteins dictated to the work out program.
fish oil is not over hyped its actually a main supplement for steroid users because it helps with inflammation of the joints. Better joint recovery means one will be able top perform better, and is actually more important than muscle recovery because your jointsa dictate how hard the muscles can work.
caffeine is a very effective stimulant and was actually one of the first stimulants ever used by soldiers to win going back as far as the Civil war which gave us the advantage of defeating the south by being able to stay awake longer thru coffee and do overall more things with more energy.....one would be making a terrible mistake not at least not cycling it. it gives you increased stamina/focus/adrenaline...why would one not take this?Last edited by juggernaut666; 07-26-2016, 04:21 PM.

Some things I used to take.....besides Creatine mono/beta Alinine
1/NAHD/Co Enzyme 1
Definition of «ATP»: the chemically stored form of energy in our cells and the direct energy source for all activities and accomplishments in each cell of the body. The energy-conveying biomolecule NADH is responsible for the final and crucial step of the so-called cellular respiration, i.e. the oxygen-dependent (aerobic) energy metabolism. In this process the ATP is produced from glucose and oxygen with the aid of the hydrogen conveyor NADH.
The heart is the organ having the highest NADH concentration – approximately 90 mg per kg heart weight. The brain as well as a muscle contain 50 mg per kg. 1/NADH (Coenzyme 1) only enables the kinetics of a multitude of biochemical reactions and is present in each human or animal cell. NADH controls more than 1,000 different metabolic reactions.
NADH ( Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide) is the active coenzyme form of Vitamin B3 and is also referred to as coenzyme 1. NADH is the conenzyme required for a multitude of enzymes. The body's natural reserves of NADH will decrease with age.
Definition of “coenzyme”: A coenzyme is the active centre of an enzyme and directly involved in the biochemical reaction concerned. The vitamins are the direct precursors of the coenzymes.
Biochemical function:
NADH increases the production of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) in the cell occurring in the course of the metabolisation of the nutrients.
2/Milk Thistle ..
just precautionary liver cleaner when taking different supps....Milk thistle has been used medicinally for over 2,000 years, most commonly for the treatment of liver and gallbladder disorders. Silymarin comes from the seeds of milk thistle and is believed to be the active part of milk thistle. The terms "milk thistle" and "silymarin" are often used interchangeably.
3/Agmatine Sulfate
Agmatine is naturally produced in the body by the breakdown of arginine. Supplementing with agmatine sulfate does many of the same things that arginine should do, but it seems to be much more effective. Agmatine sulfate has many benefits to the bodybuilder or athlete. The benefits if agmatine sulfate include enhanced muscle pumps, better nutrient partitioning (more calories are shuttled towards muscle tissue and less are stored as fat), and increased production of luteinizing hormone and growth hormone.
4/Magnesium
A magnesium deficiency reduced metabolic efficiency, increasing the oxygen consumption and heart rate required to perform work - exactly what an athlete doesn't want! The researchers concluded: 'This report provides the first evidence that low dietary magnesium, in amounts consumed by some groups of physically active individuals, impairs function during exercise.' The mechanisms behind this effect are unclear, but it seems likely that a magnesium shortfall can cause a partial uncoupling of the respiratory chain, increasing the amount of oxygen required to maintain ATP production.
There is also evidence that a magnesium shortfall boosts the energy cost, and hence oxygen use, of exercise because it reduces the efficiency during exercise of muscle relaxation, which accounts for an important fraction of total energy needs during an activity like cycling .
5/Arachidonic Acid
WHAT IS ARACHIDONIC ACID?
Basically, ARA is the primary fatty acid responsible for inflammation in muscle tissue. This 20-carbon omega-6 fatty acid resides in the cell membranes of our muscles, known as the sarcolemma. When your muscles are damaged by lifting weights, certain enzymes flock toward the affected area and "free" the ARA from the membrane.
When this happens, the freed ARA gets broken down and used to create small localized hormones called prostaglandins, which more directly cause the inflammation and pain we feel post-training. That may sound negative, but on the flip side, these inflammatory mediators also signal the body's repairing response in muscle tissue. Additionally, they play a critical role in increasing the amount of nuclei in our muscle cells, ultimately boosting muscle protein synthesis.3
This is the process that gets affected when you take NSAIDs. But even if you don't, the process quickly depletes the levels of ARA in your muscle tissue. Without ARA, you all but lose the short-term inflammation essential for building new muscle tissue. For this reason, some researchers theorize that low ARA levels are one of the primary factors contributing to the "plateau" effect in resistance training.
I'm sure most individuals reading this article have experienced this phenomenon. The first few times you lift weights, or return to the weights after a time away, you might feel soreness and inflammation afterward, but as you adapt to the training stimulus, those sensations decrease. Over time, so do your results. Your ARA levels appear to be central to this process.
Below is the current pre /energy supplement im on...it WORKS..and works great.I left some user comments below as well........always make sure you know what is best suited for you...this is for ENHANCED augmentation for an extra kick.
one must do their own research on this if it is for them,i had seen gains but did not have long term use over a year.

Creatine improves strength but I wouldn't want the extra water weight because I like cardio.

I used to think l-arganine was better than citrulline but I did my own testing from one month to the next and citrulline gave me a way better pump. I also noticed I was less fatigued on it during workouts.
