Finding Marcianos way of punching better than Dempseys!

I am finding that a solid grounded punch hits harder than a drop step punch because even though you move your body violently forward and rotate your hips to punch because it isn't grounded you cant get your legs into it and you cant stay rooted to the ground.

Room for both but grounded is stronger im finding.

Is that correct?
