What is the quickest way to lose 30 pounds

Guys, I need help. I want to lose 30 pounds, and it has been really hard to do. What should I do to quickly lose that weight.

    Quickest ways to Lose weight

The quickest and easiest way to lose weight is usually harmful, No one not the Doctors neither the trainer will recommend that, So please don't try the shortcuts and properly apply the nutrition and exercise methods to reduce weight in safe way. Cut off the Fats and will be better to consult a doctor and make a plan for balance diet and ask him/her for advise on type of exercise. I prefer the Running and swimming most of the time but you can choose any of the sport upon your interest. So in short mix the balance diet, cut off fats, do some exercise and improve your healthy habits like walking daily and reduce eating of processed food especially at night.

      Chainsaw to the leg.

My advice = ban calerie dense foods e.g. those with lots of refined sugar/carbs e.g. fizzy drinks chocolate, white bread etc and those with lots of saturated fat e.g. KFC deep fried food, or those with both e.g. ice cream, pizza etc.

On top of that eat more of the healthy food you like.

On top of that reduce your calories or the amount of food you eat in total.

      On top of that exercise.

On top of that buy a fat burner with lots of positive reviews (it wont work that well but if you have the money it will help a little)

On top of that buy a supplement that represses your appetite and sugar cravings.

Your enemy is high saturated bad fat foods, and high calorie sugar or simple carb foods and being sedentary.

If you really need to binge and don't have enough will power which will happen, have a toffie apple instead of a donut, or chocolate covered strawberries instead of a chocolate cake or an apple pie instead of ice cream, a nice cordial or fruit juice instead of coke or dr pepper, 1-2 slice of pizza and a large bean salad instead of the whole pizza etc you can still give into cravings just make it balanced instead of all bad. So do damage limitation.

Also remember everything happens slowly and you need to stay consistent.

You need to set up new habits for life, something that's is sustainable that realistically you can keep to.

For quick fixes possibly the Akins diet might work, but you cant keep on that diet forever, and if you go back to old habits you'll get fat again so for it to work at some point you need to follow old age advice old golden rules that simply work because they are sound proven advice.

Alex knows. If you want to start improving your physique today and you haven't already, stop eating anything with high fructose corn syrup or refined sugar. Start checking ingredients -sugar, sucrose and dextrose are off the menu. No sodas, Starbucks bull **** or pastries.

Drink water, or sugar free additive free coconut water. There's a war going on for your fat azz and the food industry is winning by serving non-food in shiny food-like packaging. Step one, be aware of this and start eating like a human.

          OP I lost 20pounds.

Fat loss is 95% diet, and 5% weight lifting.

Weight loss isn't necessarily fat loss. You want to maintain your muscle and lose fat/drop your waist size. So lift weights.

Go on a calorie deficit and try to get 30% of your calories from protein.

This worked for me: . There's a bunch of other calculators out there that can give you a good estimation of how many calories you need to lose weight. I'd suggest you try to lose 1.5/2lbs per week.

You're looking at 2 or 3 months, but it will be worth it.

I would also suggest you track your waist circumference, that's the best way of knowing that you're losing bodyfat and is better than relying solely on the scales.

A lot of men don't know how to measure their waist properly 0:55 shows you, it's above your hip bone and below your lowest rib.

I've lost 40 pounds in a period of 9 months before. I went from being overweight with a 37 inch beer belly to being pretty lean with a six pack for the first time in my life. I trained 2.5~3 hrs a day at my boxing gym or ran 4~5 miles or did hill sprint intervals for a total of 5-6 exercise days a week, mainly focusing on boxing training, though. I also calculated the estimated caloric intake for my ideal body weight by multiplying my ideal body weight in pounds by 15, and I ate around or under this number while eating the same grams of protein as my ideal body weight in pounds (i.e. 154 lbs x 15 = 2310 calories a day give or take a few hundred calories and consumed about 155 grams of protein a day) . On weekends I'd sometimes have cheat days. This worked out pretty well for me, but not sure if it'd be ideal for you. My suggestion would be to do some research on your own, experiment, and figure what works best for you. Keep in mind that losing too much weight too quickly can be bad for your health as well.

Also, while I eventually reached my ideal weight of 154 lbs (and actually got about 5 pounds lower), the lifestyle/diet was hard to maintain after hitting some personal/financial problems. I ended up gaining about 15 pounds of it back, but I lost about 10 pounds of that once I started dieting and training again. Now I hover around 160-162 lbs. I don't train/diet as hard as I used to, and I definitely don't have a six pack anymore, but I feel like I enjoy life more being able to casually train and still eat/drink what I want from time to time. From my experience, an overall lifestyle change that's realistically sustainable is more beneficial in the long run than any extreme work out/diet regimen to lose weight quickly.
