I've been training as a boxer for 3 or 4 months now, progress has been very slow training my technique 2 days a week 2 hours a session. My trainer says I'm not a natural puncher and I'm to tense when i shadowbox etc. Another problem is i can't seem to get my hips and legs to twist correctly to throw a Cross uppercut or hook. Any tips to help me loosen up or correct my form would be appreciated.
P.S. I'm going to start seeing a Physical therapist in hopes it well help me loosen up and not be so tense.
