new to boxing need some training structure

I've been weight lifting for about 3 years now, and I've gotten bored training to look good rather than something functional. I dont really lift weights any more I've been sticking to calisthenics and have been going to boxing classes to improve my boxing skills. With weight lifting I had as schedule like Monday chest, wednesday back, etc. What sort of schedule is advised for training to box.. and what sort of things are good for improving skill and conditioning?? help appreciated

also with sparring keep it light at first then gradually increase intensity as you get more comfortable

remember only hit as hard as you want to be hit

Find a trainer who trains amatuers and pros. Without a trainer you'll learn the basics all wrong. No one learns to box correctly without a trainer. Ray
