have you guys seen Tongans? there all physically very good and some are just genetic freaks. i remember when i was 15, my friend was tongan and he was about 6ft 2 and 95kg, he was all muscle and he didnt really work out, just a bit. he cud bench press 250 pounds and when we youse to wrestle he would throw every1 around like rag dolls

Without sounding like a ****, i'm genetically muscular.
I never touched a weight in my life and was just pure bulk. Before i started boxing i had my body fat percentage taken on a machine out of curiousity and it just stated that my body fat was at a "good" level yet i was overweight. I find it very easy to put muscle on if i start weight training - which is why i never really touch the weights when i'm boxing - because i find it difficult to maintain a light weight.
Edit: Not that i'm saying i look like Tyson. hahaha. Just saying, i put on muscle easier than my friends and i think its natural.
