I want to share a pre-workout drink that I make.

Here's is pre workout drink that I make first thing in the morning. All you need is a blender.

    1 cup of coconut water
1 6oz of plain greek yogurt
    1 banana
1 scoop of whey protein 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
    1/2 cup of raw oatmeal.

Blend these all together and drink up. This will give you so much energy and keep you well hydrated.

I also add these 3 supplements.

    1/2 tsp of maca powder
    1/2 tsp of chia seeds
    1/2 tsp of spirulina
If you don't know what these are google them. They're very beneficial.

do you mean 1 and 1/2 cups of oatmeal? or 1/2 cup of oatmeal?

like you say 1 1/2 tsp of cinnamon then you say

    1/2 tsp of maca powder
    1/2 tsp of chia seeds
    1/2 tsp of spirulina

so i assume if you only ment 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/2 cup of oatmeal you would have said that instead of 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal.

so i assume you mean 1 and 1/2 cup of oatmeal, but that sounds like alot of oatmeal.

Sorry I corrected it. 1/2 cup of oatmeal is all you need.

Do you have a philosophy behind this shake... I got a mini blender for Christmas, It's the cheapest thing in the world, works better than any blender i've ever had before, its has a plastic base though and will probably break soon ... Anyway I've just been throwing Berries, yogurts, milks, protein powder etc in it, and I can feel the improvement in my mood, health, energy level, etc.... So I'd like to look into this shake thing a bit more...
Whats the flavor like on that one?

Damn that's a lot of ingredients... lol I wanna try that. I'm gonna have to start making morning shakes though (peanut butter, cookies n cream protein powder, milk, bananas, oatmeal) wonder if that would be good? So much protein lol
