    Post Your Workout Routine/Diet

I was curious to see what other people do and whether they have had success with it. I am 5'11 and weigh around 155 lbs. I am happy with my weight since I don't have to workout to maintain it. If I worked out and did the stuff that is on my routine, I know I can weigh around 145 lbs. It's hard to workout sometimes since I am in school. But, hopefully, I can make adjustments since these workouts are fun. The workout part is self explanatory: I keep it simple and old school since I want to focus on learning the sport of boxing, I don't care about being ripped and stuff. As for the diet, I try to eat only natural, no ingredient, stuff. Please let me know if you guys have any advice, opinions, or questions on the workout or diet that I implement.

    Workout:
    Running: 4-5 miles, Sit-ups

Boxing: Shadow Box(15 min.), Double End Bag(15 min.), Uppercut Bag(15 min.), Heavy Bag(15 min.), Sparring(15 min.), Jump Rope(15 min.), Pull ups

    Diet
Breakfast: Sauteed Eggs, Plain Yogurt, Oatmeal, Popcorn, Fruit, Green Tea

Lunch: Sauteed Potato, Beans, Cocoa Drink

    Dinner: Sauteed Chicken, Mixed Vegetables

    Other: Prunes, Almonds, Water(1 gal.)

pear or apple, spinach, kale (if i have it), ginger, cayenne pepper, garlic clove, 100% mapel syrup, some water, scoop of macro greens

sounds nasty but its not that bad and it gets the greens out of the way

          Workout 6-7 days a week -

          6.2 Mile Run in morning

Chinese boxing class and little sparring later on in afternoon or heavy bag work at home

          -

Oatmeal with water, truvia, chocolate sauce or spread

Maybe a snack, For example, I just had egg white omlette with cheese and onions

Meat(chicken, beef, lamb, whatever) with carby side, Footlong Teriyaki Chicken at Subway sometimes

I have gotten plenty of protein in by this time so I eat whatever I wan't as long as I don't go over 2,400 calories, CAKES, DESSERT, SWEET TOOTH SATISFACTION, THE MORE THE MERRIER or sometimes just get some more meat with carby side
