    Animal Pak Multivitamin?

    hi,

just wondering if anyone has used the animal pak multivitamin pills and if so, how did they effect your training, etc.

they were recommended to me by a friend, but i figured i'd ask on here before i seriously considered buying them.

also, it says on their website that they're meant primarily for bodybuilders, but also for people who take part in "intense training", which boxing obviously is. i do a little bit of weight training on top of boxing 5 days a week by the way.

    any help/insight is appreciated.

It wouldn't hurt but its pretty pricey. If I were you I'd stick to regular multi's from GNC or somewhere you can get them cheaper.

Nothing wrong with a generic vitamin from Walmart or a grocery store... its the same thing.

I enjoyed the energy I got from it, but IMO it's not worth what you pay for it.

I think they are a bit of a rip off personally. In the UK i get mine from here

Much cheaper and they are more potent then you average muti vit.

A lot of guys i know just use normal multi vitamins, they just take one in the morning and one in the evening.

A multivit a day keeps the product away, but be sure it contains at least 200 meg of supplement b folic level of acidity.
