    How to make the rotation of my hips faster?

    Like when throwing a right cross or left hook, how can i make that rotation of the hips faster?

    Core movements such as Russian Twists, Woodchoppers, Side Bends, Deadlift Twists and Side Crunches are great for developing Rotational speed and strength.

        Nope. Primarily, you have to exercise your hip flexors and extensor muscles. Secondary, exercise you core.
