    Interval training help

    Ok so i have never jogged before in my life so my question is how did you guys start interval training? Like start by jogging start with 10 mins a week and work your way to 30 etc...

    One way to do it is to build it up like you said. Another option is just to go for 30 minutes right away but just at a pace that you can handle. After a week or two you can increase the pace.

      Before all of that You gotta find out what you can handle I'd say the first day just do light running then the next day see what your best is, and then work from there.
