I agree with stretching. It feels really good in the morning. I use to go jogging in the mornings but I always felt weak and lazy when i did it so now i just jog later in the morning-afternoon times. My friend said yoga is good for you once in a while too.

Eat right after you wake. Stretch, Shower with 30 seconds hot 30 seconds cold, Alternating until you feel awake. Stretch a little. Then run...... To much stretching before running will make you tired.. Some long distance runners dont even stretch before a run. They stretch for an hour or two after though. Make sure you have 60 minutes after you eat before you run.
