Important, common sense tip: Don't use century products.

Cleto Reyes

In my view you have to purchase the Cleto Reyes.It is much better than the century products.I am currently using the same.
Start slowly by spending 10-15 minutes while practicing.Try to first concentrate on striking rather than defending.
