Been doing alot of work on the heavybag my shoulders and back feel bigger and i feel alot stonger. Any one else felt there shoulders or back got bigger and stronger from the heavybag

Joey, keep up the good work. To answer your question, yes to a certain extent. I'm sure there are many other factors like push ups and pull ups if you are doing them.

Kevin Rooney speaks a little on the subject by saying "Think in terms of combination punching. It's laughable.
Anyway, working heavy bag will develop your shoulders and back, but only moderatly.
