How to Burn Fat w/o losing muscle?

You will always lose some muscle mass when reducing your fat% (except when using certain types of AAS). How much primarily depends on your nutrition. Instead of just reducing you caloric intake, it's better to eat a little more (especially proteins) and do some extra cardio to compensate. If you really want to do it right count your calories and do some research on macronutrients and nutrition timing.
