Thats really cool! I've long wanted one of those at home, it seems to move pretty well and will certainly aid your hand eye coordination.

I made a ball out of duct tape, then I took two rubber cords and attached them to the ball and tied it from a pipe in the cieling and then I tied the bottom to a heavybag on the ground.

bring your hands back to your set after you throw. everytime you throw a right hand it falls down low in a looping motion its a straight punch straight there and straight back. focus more on completing each punch with proper rotation before starting the next punch.
