which of these gloves should i buy?

i was thinking about buying one of these pairs, does anyone have experience with these gloves or some other info that could be helpful for me to decide which of them i should buy (if any).

i like the first pair more, but it says the second (red) can be used in both sparring and on the bags. it doesnt say that about the black ones, would they wear out quickly if i was using them for bag work? how are these gloves just in general, any help would be much appreciated. thanks.

try the everlast protex 2 (LEATHER VERSION)

there are better buys on that price range, but if it needs to be everlast, go with the protex2

lol they are, but it's a marketing **** they made

protex2 come in leather and in that ****ty plastic version

they don't even have the same padding man, it's ridiculous that EV made them

still, they've sold quite a bit, as people think "omg they are their 2nd best gloves at half price"

well the problem is im living in sweden at the moment, were its very hard to find boxing gear without paying a fortune for shipping. the vinyl ones are the only protex version available. and then theres the red ones which are leather.

it doesnt need to be everlast, anything will due. thing is like i said there are very few brands available here, do u know any websites in europe that sell quality stuff and have cheap shipping? cant find and cleto reyes', grants or any of the other brands ppl recomend.

            thanks everyone for the help

Well, there is , which ships from the UK and has Everlast Protex 3 (leather), the Campeon line from Grant and two Cleto Reyes gloves, but I haven't ordered anything from there yet (but planning to do so).

I do have those Everlast Fighter (12 oz and red as in your picture), but I haven't used them a lot so far as I still have my Everlast Pro Style gloves - I know how people feel about those, but they lasted me over a year so far without any signs of wearing out and I feel comfortable with them, even though they are cheap and synthetic leather.

And yes, Everlast is the only real major boxing glove brand available here in Austria (and mostly old models), too. No chance for Grant, Reyes, Title, Winning, etc without ordering from UK or US.

                Leather >Vinyl.

If I'm not mistaken those red ones are the everlast pro training gloves in velcro. I have them in lace-up and they are pretty decent gloves. I used them for sparring only, but they seem solid enough for bag work as well.

Protex2(16oz) were my first pair of gloves. They work great for someone just starting out and won't leave a giant dent in your pocket.
