    damn 25 min sprints??? When you are doing calistenics are you doing plyometric work as well for lower body?

        do squats, lunges, tuck jumps, sumo squats, mountain climbers and burpees count as plyometric training?

            was 13.8 before xmas now 14.4 but that holiday weight should come off quickly, im 6 foot 1 very very broad natrurally big build stong mesomorphic type, very fit, looking to get down to 12 stone, that the ultimate goal, do it over a long period of time like 5 months
