    MY NEW REGIME... what do you think?



    start tomorrow, trying to lose 2lb of fat a week, any advice tip hints, changes anything or random thoughts? wb please, thanks!

    lower = squats, sit ups, leg raises etc.
    upper = push ups, pull ups etc.

        I have a question... Logically i wud think u wud need to eat more on workout days vs rest days.. Have i got it wrong all this time for myself?

          not sure, i was told by other people that your energy is based on what you eat the day before, plus I always find exercise a apitight depressent, I'm in waiting to see a sport nutritionist so I'm she/he will sort e out

            u run 4 miles the day u go gym???

              I use to run 8 miles twice a week, and box 3 times a week, but now gunna box 5 times a week and run back home after ive finished at the gym (4 miles), better? what u think?
