Timothy Bradley Workout routine (includes diet)
12-17-2009, 09:09 PM
Timothy Bradley is one of the most cut boxers i have ever seen. It probably has alot to do with his diet. And check out the push ups he does in this video, i have never seen anything like it.

If you'd want to follow any boxer's routine and diet it should be Bradley's. That **** does not look like 140.

I'd never be able to hack it, but a 5 day fast followed by strict vegan diet + intense training just sounds so ridiculously healthy.

Thoroughly impressed. He definately has skills but he is clearly the definition of "Conditioning beats capability". Respect.

Thats what i always think he looks like he weighs about 165, and apparently he barely needs to cut weight for his fights.

I dont understand the vegan diet whilst training? Why would this be so beneficial?
