So what's your training routine. It sounds like only elite fighters can do it. I'm very curious about it.

ive tried p90x and i have tried boxing and still practice the sport. now you have to understand that a boxing workout is a whole different thing than a workout routine. boxing routine usually is bag work, pad work, jump rope and road work. alot of cardio. now obiously there is training but thats not boxing that everything else to get in shape for the sport of boxing. p90x is a great program to get fit or to challenge your body. yes p90x is something anyone can do for a routine but dont get it twisted is not as easy as it looks. i tried it for a month and i lost 20lbs and saw good results on my muscle definition, cardio, etc.
you have to bring it!! even guys that were at the gym and were bulked up and fit could not finish some of the workout while i could. if people want to try it i recommended

I downloaded a few of the dvds today and the bicep/back routine is tough, tough, tough. It is non-stop exercise with like 35 different exercises....it is no joke- no lazy person could or would try this.

                    finished it last week...

amazing results, im moving on now to do the INSANITY workout

it, like everything else, requires discipline... esp in eating
