how much hours is over-training
am i over-training ?
lift weight in the morning
afternoon stretch alot and do lots of abdominal workouts
than later in the night i either jump-rope 30min or go in a swimming pool and swim alot till i get out of the pool dizzy.
ive been doing this lately but of course i rest 1 day but am i over-training my body ?
