    how can i build up my stamina/conditioning?

    Throughout summer ive been doing nothing to keep me in shape. not even sports which are my favorite things to do and during this last past couple of weeks ive noticed that i seem to get tired faster and easier than how i used to be. i want to change that. can any1 help me? stuff like this makes me wonder what exactly did salvador sanchez do in order to be that in shape.

      i dont really have a treadmill and the gym i went to had them and i could never really do them because it was just so boring and it wouldnt keep me interested. i would rather be running outside.

        lol, thats what I meant. Go running. Im sure Salvador Sanchez didn't have all the amazing exercise equipment and supplements we have today. He just ran his ass off in that mexico heat.

          haha thats what im planning on doing actually today at 430am. im pretty arizona heat works just as well as mexican heat but i dont wanna get darker than i already am so thats why im doing it early i guess what im really looking for are tips. for example. sprinting up hills as sets. anymore?

            Try some rosstraining.com he is a beast!

            Burpees, clapping press ups and hill running. Do sprints when you jog and maybe take some extra weight with you or wear more clothes when you run.

            I do a few burpees and it is harder than it looks.

                jogging, sprinting, shadow, jump rope, etc

                hitting the bag, the speed bag, etc

                in other words, EVERYTHING that constitutes as boxing training and the conditioning will come in time, it slowly builds up

                  haha im mexican and since ive lived in this heat so long my arms, neck, and face are way darker than my torso and it looks really ****** when im at the pool or somewhere else. i want to run in the mornings so i dont keep darking my arms and widening the gap.

                    lol weight lift get in shape get your ass off the couch eat good things and do a routine plain and simple.I laugh when people cry about not being good and this and that you know what to do it doesnt take to many brain cells no offence but people fail in this sport or anything cause they dont even try they complain but yet theres a gym down the street or healthy food to eat.If i was in boxing i would be keeping a strict weight lifting regimine eat right and do the right professional things thats just what i think
