I hate running and would much rather use a bike for my cardio. So I was wondering if there are any major differences between the two?
Say that I'd have to do an extra few miles on a bike to get the same out of doing a run? If you can see what I'm trying to get at?
For example, If I did a 3 mile run, would I have to do 5/6 miles on a bike to get the same out of it? I guess it would depend on intensity.
