iiiiiiiiiiighttttttt soo.... i just started goin to the gym agian its gonna b my 3rd week comin up this monday...
i havent done **** since dec 07'.... i was at 153 lol... now am at 143 with 2 weeks of trainin

i wanna go down 2 135 last time i competed i was at 130... i just started runnin this week am a bit sore right now...
then this new trainer that in the gym wants me to fight the 22nd this month...
am like ... 'yoo it takees a while to get my rythem'
a friend even told me to slow down a bit since i been goin hard on trainin since i lost 10 pounds n a week
i think ima spar this week comin up... whooppp ass time

so how long does it take 2 get ready to start compitin agian
