Anyone use weighted gloves?

Does anyone use one for shadow boxing? What gloves do you recommend? Right now I am looking at the weighted agility gloves.

why add more work for yourself when its pretty much a mental exercise? just do your shadowboxing and your other conditioning and thats that. the majority dont use gloves when shadowboxing because your arent hitting a target and there is no need to protect your hands. if you must use weights then just get 1-2lb dumbbells to shadowbox with.

I use weighted bag gloves, old-fashioned style from Title.

They're okay for what they are, with every product I buy from them i realize that Title is probably my least favorite gear company. The dye won't stop bleeding into my thumbs and the velcro strap has already ripped in less than a month's use, but otherwise I like 'em.

If I had it to do over again, I'd probably get bag gloves from another company and just get separate wrist weights to fasten over the cuff.

Are you looking at the neoprene gloves that aren't meant to hit anything?
