    Cardio.... When??? What to eat before???

    Im trying to lower my BF%. And i always heard doing cardio in the morning, was good for burning fat, compared to doing cardio at any other time.

    Is this correct???

    I usually eat a banana 15 mins before i do cardio. Is this good??????

    Is there any thing else i could eat before cardio, that would be better than eating a banana???

    Try something with strong caffeine for a buzz . Proplus or coffee because caffeine burns calories and boosts training performance.

        Run at night, it was proven to be a better fat burner then running in the morning.

          dont run at night unless your boxing workout is in the morning. You need time to rest between workouts

            might as well get Hydroxycut Hardcore then huh? Caffiene buzz and make you burn fat like a bodybuilder.

                Pure caffeine is probably best you can get in the UK not inless you can get epherdine or adderell in the US ? Your probably best with pure caffeine , look for it in this one

                  man that cant be healthy for you...using caffeine or artificial boosters before a workout all the time.

                  i make me a juice in the blender with bananas, strawberries, honey, a bit of cold water and sometimes kiwi in there as well.

                    I sometimes take a shot of espresso like Ricardo Mayorga, I gotta say it does seem to help!
