      Regulate ur excersice,dnt over do it or under achieve it.Eat healthy and good sleep do the job trust me it works for most of us including me!!

        Hydroxycut contains something they call "ma huang." that's ephedra. ephedrine and norephdrine compose ephedra. that ****'ll kill you.

          It all comes down to your diet. Watch what you eat for about a month and continue doing your cardio routine. Add some light weight exercises and see if you lose a couple.

            I took those back in 2001.. It gave me energy but the one side effect I had was during the day I would get incredibly angry over nothing.. After finishing one bottle I never bothered with it again. All fat burners like that are bad for you.

              Well, I'm not fat.
              I'm 155-160 right now and I'm 5'9.
              My goal is 145-147 . I've bee working out since Nov but for some reason I can't reach it.
              Maybe, it's the rice . lol

                  I seriously woudn't try it. If you are considering taking it, make sure you speak to your doctor first. The problem with a lot of these supplements is that there isn't enough research done into them before they're put onto the market. Therefore, you can't be sure what their side effects will be.

                  You say you're doing cardio for 2 hours a day? What kind of cardio? I have the feeling you do low intensity. You need to crank up the intensity.

                    yeah, that's supposed to work. It's leglized crank. Never tried it myself, but all my friends have. I don't think it's really damagining. Just helps you burn those extra calories. IMA pick up a bottle and get super cut for the 2 weeks of summer.
