I box and 2 weeks before i fight i started dieting i go from having about 400

    I box and 2 weeks before i fight i started dieting i go from having about 400

    calories to 200 calories, yeasterday i spared i felt really lightheaded and i went down of a head shot, that i usually brush off. I train hard twice a day how many calories should i have? i have also cut caffienne out for the first time in like 18 years for the last 2 weeks.

    you should probably only have 15 calories a day. 15 is a good number to lose a little weight.

      200 calories a day?!?

      How much weight you tring to lose in these 2 weeks?? that is ridculous unless you're doing some serious draining to make weight. and if you're not pro, what the hell are you thinking gaining that much weight in between fights and having to drop so much so quick??

        how many should i be haveing dude with twice a day training? is 2000 to much to low?

            oh ok that sounds better. well 4000 is aright if your at weight with a good metabolism and workout hard. when you're trying to drop weight, if you have some time to do it, 2000 cals a day is good. it depends. how much weight you need to drop, and how quickly?

              everyones body is different, we cant just giv eyou some magical answer that is going to work for you.

              go onto google.com and search yourself. do the research, experiment and figure it out for yourself.

                How much weight are you trying to lose exactly? You are an amature so you shouldn't have to lose more then a few pounds at most. You can do that easily by just eating BETTER and working out HARDER.

                People need to realize that pro's who go on a strict deit and kill their bodys, have 24 hours to replenish their system. As an amature you have a few hours at most.
