    hey guys what do you think of my training routine?

    Hi guys im a new member and i was just wondering what you thought of my routine i do this 6 days a week with sunday off.

    6 am - 7 am

    Warm up - 1000 rope jumps

    crunches x 2 sets
    Leg raises x 2 sets
    V ups x 2 sets
    Side crunches x 2 sets (both sides)

    Warm down - 1000 rope jumps

    Stretching

    Boxing training mon,wed,fri 5 pm - 6 30 pm

    7 pm - 10 pm

    Pull ups x 2 sets
    Chin ups x 2 sets
    Push ups x 2 sets
    Dips x 2 sets
    Jumping squats x 2 sets
    Calf raises x 2 sets
    5 mile run

    Streching

    On tue,thursday and saturday i do 3 sets of 10 minute shadow boxing with light dumbells.

    Diet - protein shake after every workout and i eat nothing but vegetables,fruit,lean meat,eggs,yogurt,rolled oats,small amounts of nuts and seeds and atleast 8 glasses of water per day.

    Im 16 5 ft 11 73 kg 7% body fat

    I am already fairly fit because in the past i was australian national tae kwon do champion so i dont suffer from fatigue unless i have very little sleep.

    Well that is pretty much my routine hope you liked it and could you please post your comments thanks.

        Add fish to that EXCELLENT diet of natural food, and do some running! Roadwork plus 1000 knuckle press ups a day is the bread and butter of any routine IMO. It gives you the legs you need for bboxing, and knuckle press ups give you the workrate you need in the muscles you use as on the knuckles = punching form
