heyeverybody ok so ive stopped running since summer dont know why
and im going to get back into it my schedules is wednesday ni have a hour of boxing n saturday morning i have a hour of boxing i have a lonsdal peanut speedbga iin my garage its a good en n soon im gtting a double end ball but for running i dont know what days to run and how far i have a 2mile high incline circuit park at the back of my house and i know i need to run more im 13 built 5 foot 8 weigh 12stone and need to get very fit im quite fit now and i want to run for good stamina and get very fit but not them huge runs that drain ur muscle what days and far should i run at the moment and what to build up to
