Right, I've been going to the gym just working on losing weight gaining muscle. Read that breakfast is most important but I don't wake up til 12/1pm. Is my first meal still classed as breakfast.
I've only lost 8lbs I want to lose another stone in weight to get me to 12. Ive started to do cardio after my weight training for 30 mins as a starter and I hope to build on it. Would just like to no the best ways to lose my gut?
