    Started on in the gym

    Right, I've been going to the gym just working on losing weight gaining muscle. Read that breakfast is most important but I don't wake up til 12/1pm. Is my first meal still classed as breakfast.

    I've only lost 8lbs I want to lose another stone in weight to get me to 12. Ive started to do cardio after my weight training for 30 mins as a starter and I hope to build on it. Would just like to no the best ways to lose my gut?

    abs are produced in the kitchen just as much, if not more, than the weight room/treadmill.

        Not recommende but I lost 8 pounds in a week just running in the morning at night and eating salads and grilled chicken all week...or healthy wrap...no juice or soda just water
